Lithos is adding something new to her portfolio: coconut ingredients. Together with the American company Covico™ we will introduce various powder ingredients from coconut in the Benelux market. One of them will be an evaporated coconut water with 27 mg potassium per gram and one with 60 mg potassium per gram, coconut milk / cream powder (with 26% fat and 15% MCT) and one evaporated coconut nectar as a sugar alternative.
