Sunactive®Fe is a multivesicle, protected by maltodextrin. Sunactive®Fe is a slow-release form of iron. Iron particles are released slowly and continuously in the intestine. The absorption of the iron particles from the multivesicles takes a different route, namely via the M cells by endocytosis.
